Below is a table that shows the shipping rates via UPS for the different delivery options. These charges are relevant for shipments within the 48 contiguous states only. If shipping to HI or AK, additional charges will apply. Unfortunately, our online system will not allow us to display the applicable rates for HI or AK. If you require shipping to these states, you can go ahead and enter your order online and just choose “UPS GROUND” for the shipping method, We will then contact you before shipping to let you know the actual shipping charges & you will have the option of proceeding with the order or you can ask us to cancel the order. Additionally, at this time we are not able to ship internationally.
If shipping to a PO Box or APO, UPS ground rates will apply and your shipment will be shipped via Parcel Post. It will be subject to the standard delivery times for U.S Mail and delivery times are not guaranteed. Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available.
Returns/Exchanges
In the event that you need to return or exchange something that was purchased online, we would like to make it as easy as possible for you. Unless we made an error in processing your order, you will be responsible for return shipping charges as well as any charges for shipping out a replacement. Of course if we made an error, please just let us know and we will get it taken care of. For even Exchanges, just ship the item back to us (see address below) along with a note about what size/color/etc. you would like to exchange it for. You will also need to include your credit card information (acct#/expiration date/CVV security code) for us to charge the return shipping charge to you. Or if you prefer, you can just give us a phone number where we can contact you to get the credit card information. For Returns for which we will need to issue a refund, follow the same instructions for an exchange and just let us know why you are returning it. We will issue full credit for merchandise charges; shipping charges are not refundable.
