Serving Sooner Nation from Campus Corner since 1974.

Located on Historic Campus Corner in Norman, Oklahoma, Balfour of Norman has been a trusted part of the Sooner experience for generations. Established in 1974 by Grover Ozmun, Balfour has long been known for quality merchandise, thoughtful selection, and friendly, knowledgeable service.

In 2006, Jerry and Libby Hatter continued that tradition of local ownership, building on Balfour’s reputation as a cornerstone of Campus Corner. In 2025, ownership passed to the Hatters’ long-time manager Mitchel Barker and his wife Kelsey, who met and married while working at Balfour.

Today, Balfour of Norman remains proudly locally owned and deeply rooted in the Norman community. We are honored to serve generations of Sooners on gameday and every day, offering trusted OU gear backed by experience, relationships, and a genuine understanding of Sooner pride.
