Returns/Exchanges for online purchases

For purchases made online, we are more than happy to exchange or refund any part of your purchase.

For Refunds:

Simply return the product to us at the address shown below and include a copy of your online receipt (if you have it) and note with your name and phone number so that we can contact you should it be necessary. When the product is received, we will issue a refund in the amount of the merchandise cost using the same payment method you used for payment.

For Exchanges:

Send the product back to us at the address shown below and let us know what it is you would like to exchange it for. Our standard shipping charges will apply to shipment of replacement product. We can make the process easier if you will call us (405) 321-6539 and we will go over the process with you and make sure we have the item you want to exchange in stock.
